On April 3, 1996, in the above-captioned case, this court ordered that the search warrant and return be held under seal. On April 15, 1996, the government submitted the return to the court. Upon review of the return, the court has determined that there is no reason to maintain the search warrant and return under seal.
Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the government shall forthwith serve Defendant's counsel with a copy of the search warrant and return.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the search warrant and return shall be filed in the open file. The application for a search warrant and affidavit in support thereof shall remain sealed until further order of the court.
The Clerk is directed forthwith to notify the parties of entry of this order.
