Ted writes a letter to the Editor agreeing w/James Kilpatrick’s suggestion in the Daily News, 1/23/??, that population control should be enacted, but properly designed. Ted believes if “docile conformists” were selected to have children, this would result in a “society in which there is no dissent or questioning of official policies.
