Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's second victim was John Harris, a graduate student at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. The explosion caused minor injuries.

Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's third known bombing was targeted at American Airlines Flight 444 between Chicago and Washington. Twelve people were treated for smoke inhalation.

Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's fourth bombing seriously injured United Airlines executive Percy Wood in his Lake Forest, Ill. home.

Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's fifth bomb was discovered at the University of Utah, and was defused before it could injure anyone.

Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's sixth bomb injured Janet Smith, a secretary at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee. Smith suffered burns and shrapnel wounds.

Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's seventh bomb injured Diogenes Angelakos, a University of California Berkeley engineering professor. Angelakos suffered severe burns and shrapnel wounds.

Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's eighth bomb was his second delivered to the University of California Berkeley. The bomb injured graduate student John Hauser, who lost fingers and suffered partial vision loss in one eye.

Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's twelfth bomb was left in the parking lot of a Salt Lake City computer store, and injured store owner Gary Wright when he attempted to remove the device. This bombing led to one of the earliest police sketches of Kaczynski.

Geneticist Charles Epstein was injured in Tiburon, Calif. by Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's 13th bomb. Epstein lost several fingers and suffered hearing loss as a result of the blast.
